Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains what personal data Lindqvist & Co. collects, why we collect it, and how you can exercise control over it. It applies to this website and to the client services we provide. Replace the details in this template with your own before publishing.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us or become a client we collect the details you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company details, and the contents of your message. As a tax advisory practice we may additionally process financial records, payroll data, and identification documents — strictly for the engagement you hire us for.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare and file the work you engage us for, meet our own legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and send occasional service updates you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing and third parties
Your data is shared only with the tax authorities you instruct us to deal with, software providers we use to run the practice (hosting, document exchange, e-signatures), and — where legally required — auditors or supervisory bodies. Every provider is bound by a data-processing agreement.
5. Data retention
Client files are kept for the statutory retention period that applies to tax records in our jurisdiction, then securely deleted. Enquiry data from people who do not become clients is deleted after 12 months.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies needed to function and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we process it, or object to processing altogether. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
Documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal, access is limited to the team members working on your engagement, and all devices and backups are encrypted. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data: hello@lindqvist.co, or Lindqvist & Co., 14 Harbor Row, Suite 300. Replace with your own contact details and supervisory authority before going live.
